Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope that you are 100% happy with your YAMAtune purchase, however If you would like to return your item for any reason you have 30 days from the time of purchase. Simply return your item via a tracked or recorded service:

  1. Email us to info@yamatune.sg
  2. Prepare your package to be sent to our warehouses.
  • Please return your item unused and in the original packaging
  • Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged (as damaged goods cannot be refunded!)
  • Please enclose a small cover note which tells us your name, address, order number, the item(s) being returned and whether you would like a refund.
  1. Send your package to our warehouse and keep the tracking number of your postage! 
  • Whilst it's not mandatory, we advise that you obtain a proof of postage for the items refunded (We are also unable to refund missing items!)
